SCORE Online Counseling System

SCORE signed a contract with Avectra, a leading provider of membership management software, to help redesign SCORE's Online Counseling (Cyber Counseling) infrastructure. SCORE will work with Avectra to improve the current system by adding new search and skills capabilities. This will provide clients with better mentor matching opportunities. Online counselors will have the opportunity to test the new system before it goes live in July.

All online counselors should update their skills and experiences online by June 1, so their information can be imported into the new system. For your update, go to https://www.edmisscore.org/cybercounselors.

Additional features of the new Online Counseling system will include:
(1) Follow-ons will be automatically captured.
(2) Clients will be able to attach business plans, and counselors can attach templates.
(3) Online counselors will not have any paperwork to complete.
